Data-driven business in practice

The central question of the 2020 trend study is: How can a data-driven business be designed and implemented in concrete terms? To answer this question, we analysed a total of five application cases in more detail and now present several practical examples in which the use of digital technologies has already been implemented successfully.

 

In this year’s Trend Paper, which we developed together with teknowlogy|PAC, we concentrate on exemplary data-driven business application cases from the following areas:

 

  • Digital Health
  • Smart Building
  • Work Smart
  • Smart Production
  • Smart Retail

 

In the process, we take a look outside the Swisscom box to explore new ways to use digital technologies. Find suggestions for your own business in the examples.
