DDoS attacks continue to be a growing threat for companies. Below you will find some facts and figures about cyber attacks involving ransom demands.

In 2016, DDoS (distributed denial of service) attacks reached a new all-time high. Companies around the globe suffered outages of their IT infrastructure and consequential financial losses. So too did Swiss companies. Although there were subsequently somewhat fewer reports of cyber attacks involving ransom demands, our infographic shows that the issue of DDoS is far from over.
