All data will be treated confidentially and not published. The data will be used exclusively to determine the winners of the Swisscom IoT Climate Award and for the aggregated collection of CO₂ savings through IoT solutions.

Short description of the IoT solution that helps to reduce CO₂ emissions:

Short description of the customer experience when using this IoT solution (if applicablelinks to websites, apps etc.).

Quantity: Please provide any available quantitative statements on the savings achieved by using the IoT solution in 2021. Please ensure you clearly identify the parameters used and the emission factors; if possible, these should come from well-founded sources (e.g. from established databases such as Mobitool, Ecoinvent).

 

 

For example, the following data on savings is possible:

  • Total number of kilometres saved in the year 2021 and, if possible, also the vehicle type (e.g. car, delivery van, truck)
  • Total amount of energy saved in 2021 (e.g. kWh of electricity or gas, litres of oil or fuel)
  • Total amount of CO₂ saved in 2021

Intensity: If possible, savings (kilometres, energy, CO₂; see above) per IoT sensor deployed or simply the number of IoT sensors deployed to achieve the savings.
