Emmanuelle started her career in 1999, accompanying Orange on its first steps into the French market. Responsible for a team tasked with retaining unsatisfied customers, she quickly became familiar with the importance of service, quality and customer relations. She then put her sociology background to good use as a Business and Market analyst. Her mission comprised analysing the habits and behaviour of Swiss consumers. Emmanuelle then undertook a postgrad in marketing and communication at SAWI, which then enabled her to integrate the world of publicity agencies. Charged with looking after the clientèle, she was able to put her creativity and her acute sense of the client approach to the service of several companies in western Switzerland. At Swisscom since 2008, she first occupied the post of pricing manager, where she was in charge of setting mobile traffic prices for “Enterprise” customers in western Switzerland. In 2012, she took the reins at a team of retail specialists focused on mobile products. With the help of her team, she accompanies “Enterprise” customers on their digitisation journey by means of mobile solutions: from a simple traffic offering to complete outsourcing of the customer’s fleet, she always encourages customers to enhance their company by means of solutions offered by Swisscom. Since 2016, she has been in charge of the entire “Enterprise” mobile department for western Switzerland, which allows her to offer regional end-to-end support. She lives by the motto that there is no success without passion.
