Due to certain critical and personal data, some applications are subject to special test and activation criteria. As a result of this, the time required for activation may be somewhat longer. This means that not all applications used by your company will be activated at the same time. As soon as an application is available for use, we inform the master user.
The master user is informed by e-mail as soon as an application is activated. This will contain all the necessary information and instructions for using the application in My Swisscom Business.
As a rule, the applicant is not an active user of My Swisscom Business, unless this person is also a master user. Communication regarding the activation and use of individual My Swisscom Business applications therefore takes place exclusively with the master user. In the event of questions about My Swisscom Business, the master user is the first point of contact for the applicant.
