Digital Identification & Signing

Digital account opening –
an unprecedented customer experience

With Swisscom’s Digital Identification & Signing managed service, new customers of financial service providers can open bank accounts and other financial products completely online. Using the latest technology, a Swisscom call agent identifies the customer, who only needs a video-enabled device and official ID, in a brief video conversation. The contract is signed electronically and the new product opened.
