Bachem wants to delegate as many commodities as possible to an experienced partner, in order to concentrate on specific IT developments.
Solution
Swisscom provides Bachem with dedicated support on its way to the secure cloud and Smart Factory. Services operated company-wide by Swisscom include a GMP-validated SAP system from the Swisscom cloud, network solutions, Managed Security, Exchange and Skype, SharePoint and Sharespace (intranet) as well as scalable computing power from the cloud. Swisscom is closely involved in the strategic further development of the IT infrastructure. New requirements are analysed together and solutions are developed within the partnership.
