Fires pose a danger to people, equipment and buildings. In the worst case, they can even threaten the existence of organizations. With Thermal Fire Prevention, you can ensure that potential dangers do not turn into catastrophes.
Action instead of reaction
Our intelligent solution detects potential sources of fire at an early stage - before flames can develop and cause damage to people, nature or infrastructure. Continuous real-time temperature measurement using state-of-the-art thermal imaging cameras reliably identifies even the smallest temperature increases. This allows risks to be identified at an early stage, such as plant malfunctions, machine overheating or chemical reactions in production processes.
In the event of an anomaly, an alarm is triggered immediately – locally on site or centrally to a control center. Defined escalation and emergency plans automatically initiate the right course of action – from a warning message to automatic extinguishing. Thanks to movement and person detection, people in the danger zone can be quickly detected and brought to safety.
Thermal Fire Prevention can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems and makes a valuable contribution to intelligent crisis management. Thanks to our solution, fire protection for people, the environment and infrastructure becomes proactive, efficient and plannable.
From monitoring to intervention
Temperature detection
The thermal imaging camera continuously monitors the surroundings and detects unusual temperature rises or hotspots that could indicate potential fire hazards in real time.
Data analysis
As soon as a critical temperature value is reached, the camera automatically transmits the alarm to the central video management system. This analyses the data and prioritizes the incident according to defined security criteria.
Alerting
The system forwards the alarm directly to the responsible users and/or an alarm center. This ensures that a response can be made within seconds – regardless of location and around the clock.
Escalation according to the emergency plan
Depending on the severity, the incident is escalated according to an individual emergency plan. The escalation levels clearly define which measures are to be initiated – from the initial visual inspection to the activation of external emergency services.
Shutting down systems
If necessary, Thermal Fire Prevention can automatically intervene in existing systems and shut down affected installations to prevent the risk from spreading and avoid major damage.
