What is it?

The Service Level Agreement ensures that the products and services that your company receives from Swisscom run smoothly and that the duration of any service interruption is kept to a minimum.

With My SME Office M or L, you benefit from Service Level plus and a clearly defined time within which problems should be resolved:

  • With My SME Office M and L, any service interruption is guaranteed to be resolved within 10 hours during support times
    (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm and Sat 8am-5pm).
