Switching employees

Go back to the Customer Centre and deactivate the phone number. By selecting “Activate”, you can invite a new employee to use the Business Telephony app.

Switching device/SIM card

Switching SIM cards does not affect the Business Telephony app. The app is stored on the device and can be used by entering your username and password.

If you change your mobile phone, always reset your old device to the factory settings so third parties cannot access your data. You can then download and install the software on the new device before signing in with your existing username and password.


Please note that the software is only available for the following devices:

  • PC: Windows and MAC (OSx)
  • Smartphones: Android and iOS
  • Tablet: Android and iOS (available in 2015)

Set/forgotten password

Passwords can be set/reset directly in the app via the «Set/forgotten password» option on the app or client login page. The employee receives a link to set a new password, sent to the address set in the Customer Centre.

Forgotten mobile

The same landline number can be controlled from a maximum of three devices (one mobile and one PC/laptop) at the same time.
