Switch device/SIM card
Switching SIM card has no effect on the Business Communication app. The app is stored on the phone and can be used with a username and password.
If you change your mobile phone, always reset the old device to factory settings in order to prevent third parties accessing your data. You can then download and install the software on your new device and log in with your existing username and password.
You can view your password directly in the Customer Centre (www.swisscom.ch/bclogin). If you cannot access your company’s Customer Centre, contact your administrator, who can give you a login and a new password if you have forgotten your old one.
You can download the app onto another mobile and log in with the same username and password. The same landline number can be controlled from up to three devices (including one mobile and one PC/laptop) at the same time.
What to do if mobile is lost/stolen
In the Customer Centre, the number must be deactivated for the Business Communication app immediately. Ask your company’s administrator to do this.
