Your administrator decides whether you can access the company’s Customer Centre in order to configure your personal settings for Business Communication. Contact your administrator, who can assign you a login and a new password if you have forgotten the old one.
Forgotten password for the app
If you have forgotten your password for the Business Communication app/client, you can view it in the Customer Centre at www.swisscom.ch/bclogin. Please contact your administrator if you cannot access the Customer Centre. Your administrator cannot see your current password, but can give you a new one in the Customer Centre or give you access to the company’s Customer Centre.
What to do if your mobile is lost/stolen
In the Customer Centre, the number must be deactivated for the Business Communication app immediately. Ask your company’s administrator to do this.
What to do if your connection is lost
If your telephone is not working, you can check the following first of all:
- Unplug telephone and plug it back in
- In the Customer Centre and app/client, check which settings are activated (e.g. Do not disturb)
- Check whether app/client works
