Mobile subscription

Business Telephony is automatically included in each employee and company package for each landline number and does not cost any extra. With a inOne home, NATEL® infinity (plus), inOne SME mobile or NATEL® business infinity (plus) subscription with unlimited data, it costs nothing to use Business Telephony in Switzerland. With a WLAN connection, it is also free to use abroad. If you are not connected to a WLAN abroad, roaming charges may apply.

We therefore recommend inOne mobile, NATEL® infinity (plus), inOne SME mobile or NATEL® business infinity (plus) M, L or XL subscriptions with international use included and sufficient data transmission speeds.

Set/forgotten password

Passwords can be set or reset directly in the app. The employee will receive a link to create a new password, sent to the delivery address defined in the Customer Centre.
