Change of Ownership


Transferring a mobile number:

  1. Obtain the approval of the previous owner.
  2. Complete and sign the transfer declaration.
  3. Scan the transfer request form and send it to us via the contact form given below.

 

Please note:

  • When taking over an existing mobile phone number, the new owner accepts the current minimum contract term or extension term, the type of subscription and all existing additional services for this number. Any deviations must be agreed explicitly.
  • If the connection is not active, the new owner must request its reactivation.
  • Processing of the transfer order normally takes ten working days after receipt of the completed form by Swisscom.
