Please send a copy of your payment confirmation (e.g. paying-in slip with postmark, e-banking transaction confirmation, etc.) to the following email address finance.service@swisscom.com, so that Swisscom can unblock your line.

 

Please note:

 

Swisscom only passes on the cost of reminders to customers who receive them. If you have already received a reminder in the last 12 months, you will be charged a fee of CHF 15 for each subsequent reminder. Reminder fees will be carried forward to future bills until they have been paid.
