I would like to take over a fixed network connection or NATEL®

You can take over a fixed-network or mobile number and the associated contract on the 1st day of the month

Taking over a fixed-network number:

  1. Obtain the approval of the previous owner.
  2. Request the transfer using the contact form.

Please note:

  • When taking over an existing fixed-network line, you accept the rights and obligations for all services associated with this connection.
  • If an Internet subscription or Swisscom TV is activated for the connection, these are also subject to the transfer of ownership. Any additional services (e.g. call forwarding or a blocking set) and tariff options (e.g. chat subscription or Swisscom Together) may be cancelled and must be reactivated.
  • CPS: The dialling code to another telephone company (referred to as “Carrier Preselection”) cannot be transferred for legal reasons and is therefore deactivated.

Taking over a mobile number:

  1. Obtain the approval of the previous owner.
  2. Fill in and sign the transfer declaration.
  3. Fax the transfer declaration to 0800 800 802 or send it to Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd., Contact Center, CH-3050 Bern.

Please note

  • When taking over an existing mobile phone number, the new owner accepts the current minimum contract term or extension term, the type of subscription and all existing additional services for this number. Any deviations must be agreed explicitly.
  • If the connection is not active, the new owner must request its reactivation.
