Your mobile phone rings at the same time as your fixed network phone with the Fixed network to go function. So you don’t miss any calls, even when you are out of the office.
You can switch on the function in the Customer Center and enter the mobile phone number you want to ring at the same time as your fixed network telephone
You cannot activate Fixed network to go if you have already activated call forwarding on your phone (*21). Fixed network to go can be used for busy lines (*67) or when there is no answer, but not on the same number that you are using for forwarding calls.
Parallel calling lets you make or take a call with your fixed network telephone when you are already on a call. You need:
When you are already on a call you will then hear a blip (tapping) when you receive a second call. At the same time, an additional fixed network telephone rings and the caller hears the call tone.
If you want to activate parallel calling with your mobile phone, switch on the “call waiting” function via the settings on your device. Check the device instructions for details of how to configure the settings on your device. If your device is not listed in the selection, try using the instructions for an earlier or later model.
