Customers who would like to take advantage of the Tutto discount need to order the individual components: one of the four Vivo packages and a suitable NATEL subscription (NATEL infinity XL to XS). The corresponding discount is automatically activated and the customer receives an SMS notification.
You can order the necessary individual elements (Vivo or NATEL® subscription) in any Swisscom shop, in the Swisscom Online Shop or in the Swisscom Customer Center.
Existing Swisscom customers can send a free SMS with the keyword “TUTTO” to 444 to check the changes they need to make to their existing Vivo and NATEL packages in order to benefit from the Tutto discount.
As before, the promotions are based on the individual products (= Mobile and Vivo). So all customers who want to buy a new mobile phone can profit from the current retention offers for existing or new customers, for example. These vary according to the plan selected by the customer (NATEL® infinity XL to XS).

Customers under 26 years of age can only take advantage of the Tutto discount in conjunction with an adult NATEL® subscription. In contrast to our customers aged 26 or older, they benefit from a permanent discount of CHF 10.-/month on Vivo. Combined with one of our attractive Xtra price plans, this provides a competitive offer for this target group.
The Tutto discount can be used on up to two suitable NATEL subscriptions.
This means that either the customer can benefit from the Tutto discount on his or her own qualifying mobile phone or a second person in the household on a second NATEL® number. How do young people benefit from the Tutto discount? Are there special conditions for those under the age of 26?
The only requirement is that this second number qualifies as one of the new NATEL® subscriptions.
Yes, if SME customers fulfil the requirements (Vivo and qualifying RES Mobile subscription), they will also receive the Tutto discount. Note: SME customers can receive the Tutto discount once per service account number.
CBU customers cannot receive the Tutto discount, even if they meet all the requirements.
... or Tutto added value that I receive through my Natel infinity or Natel liberty subscription?
No. You will continue to receive these advantages. Existing Vivo Casa customers will continue to receive the Tutto discount or the older Tutto added value after 29 October, providing it is already activated today.
The following rule applies: As an existing Vivo Casa customer, nothing will change in relation to my existing Tutto added value or Tutto discount (even if I switch to the “new” Vivo Casa).
