You will find your personal WLAN (Wi-Fi) password under the menu item «WLAN» (iOS) where you can also turn your private WLAN on or off. If the «WLAN» or «Internet» item is not visible in My Swisscom, your Internet connection with Swisscom is registered under a different name than your NATEL® number. Your Internet connection may, for example, have been registered under the name of a family member.
