I informed you of a dead spot. What will happen now?

Swisscom is working intensively on expanding its network on an ongoing basis. However, coverage gaps may still exist in certain areas. We are happy when customers inform us of such dead spots using the My Swisscom app. After all, our ability to identify weaknesses in the network increases with the number of customers that notify us of issues in a specific area.  What’s more, such feedback can be taken into consideration when prioritising expansion projects.
