How up-to-date are the included units and usage charges that are displayed?

Swisscom residential customers with NATEL® postpaid plans can use My Swisscom to check the call charges they generated and the balance of their 'included units', such as SMS or data.

A delay of up to 24 hours can sometimes occur before usage charges and the status of 'included units' are displayed. The reason for this is that data must be transferred from various technical systems, which in turn affects the required processing time. We appreciate your understanding.
