What is the My Swisscom App?

As a residential customer with a postpaid NATEL® plan you can use My Swisscom to keep track of your usage (telephony, SMS and mobile surfing) and the payment status of your bills. My Swisscom helps you manage options for your personal plan such as data packages and allows you to bar certain types of calls made from your phone (for example calls to 0900 numbers).

NATEL® prepaid customers can use My Swisscom to check their balance and stay in control of their calls by barring certain types of calls made from their phones (for example to 0900 numbers).
