Find an overview of your bills.

In the Online Customer Centre for business customers, you can simply and quickly find an overview of your bills and their payment status (unpaid, paid, reminder sent). You can find this function in the Customer Centre at Bills & costs > Bills.

In the Online Customer Centre, you can also see an overview of your payments and how they have been assigned to your bills, as well as any outstanding amounts. You can find this function in the Customer Centre at Bills & costs > Payments.

 

Please log into the Customer Centre or set up a new login now.

 

Please note:

 

  • Always use the paying-in slip enclosed with your bill and please pay the full amount printed on it.
  • Do not pay more than one bill with the same paying-in slip, as this makes it impossible to allocate your payment to the correct bills and can lead to unwanted reminders being issued for your remaining bills. If in future you would like to pay more than one bill with a single payment, we recommend you take advantage of the free collective bill service

If you lose a paying-in slip, you can find it in the Online Customer Centre at Bills & costs > Bills.
