Querying remaining data transmission credit

Would you like to keep yourself up-to-date at all times about the cost of your mobile data exchange? You can use the following service to check at any time how much data credit you ordered and how much you have remaining.


How can I check how much data credit I have remaining?

Send a free SMS with the word STATUS to 444. You will then receive a text reply telling you how much credit you ordered and how much you have remaining. You can also check your data usage on the iPhone. To do this, go to “Settings”, “General” and “Usage”. Please note: Swisscom does not accept any warranty for the accuracy of the data counter in the iPhone.

Attention
The data counter in the iPhone only allows for calls made using the mobile network (3G, EDGE or GPRS). Access via Swisscom hotspots (Network: Mobile) is deducted from the data credit balance or billed on the basis of your NATEL® contract. However, this amount is neither counted nor shown on the iPhone.
