For Business Apps without a minimum contract period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same term after one billing cycle. If you are no longer interested in an application, you can cancel it at any time.
What payment methods are available?
Marketplace offers the following payment methods:
- Swisscom invoice
- Diners Club
- PostFinance Card
How do I change the billing address or payment method?
To change your billing address, you must be the system administrator or Billing and Business App administrator for your company. Please contact the appropriate person if necessary.
If you would like to use a new payment method, you can select your preferred method when completing the purchasing process for a web-based application. These changes will be applied to future orders in Marketplace.
Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
- Click the "Settings" tab.
- Click the "Billing" tab.
- Click the "Billing details" link (to the left in the navigation).
You can change your billing details on this page. Then click the "Continue" button.
How am I billed for web-based applications?
You will be billed on your Swisscom invoice or your credit card. The billing cycle depends on the accounting period you have selected, i.e. monthly or yearly (prepaid).
How are trial subscriptions billed?
Your free trial subscription lasts for at least 30 days. If you then decide to purchase the web-based application, you will be billed for the service according to the payment method selected.
If I activate a service in the middle of the month, will I be billed pro rata temporis?
The billing cycle for the Business App begins on the first day of the subscription and therefore (usually) not on the 1st of the month. If the term for using the application is one month, the next invoice will be due one month later.
