This may be why:
- Paying with your phone bill is switched off. Change your settings in the Customer Center.
- Your monthly limit for purchases you can charge to your phone bill was reached
- Paying with your phone bill has been blocked for your number (e.g. due to outstanding bills)
- The product you want to buy has an age restriction (e.g. content for users over 18)
