Your mobile phone has a mechanical problem, or is still not functioning even with the latest software. You can now send your mobile phone to be repaired. You can also find out if you can benefit from our loyalty scheme by extending your NATEL contract.
Repairing your mobile phone
Send your faulty device to Swisscom, and we will repair and return it within about 14 days.
Choose “proceed to repairs” for more information about shipping and repairing your device.
New mobile phone
If your subscription has expired, you may be able to benefit from our loyalty scheme and receive a new device.
