1. Restart the device
Common problems, such as difficulties with SMS, MMS, and Internet access, or when calls are being diverted straight to the COMBOX, can often be resolved by turning off your mobile phone and removing the battery. Reinsert the battery after about 5 minutes, and turn the phone back on again.
If the screen is frozen, you can remove the battery without turning the device off first.
