Basic service provision
Internet and fixed network basic service provision
As part of the basic service provision we offer fixed-line and broadband Internet access with a minimum transmission speed of 10 Mbit/s (downloading) and 1 Mbit/s (uploading).

If you sign up for a new inOne SME office subscription (excl. light), you will receive 500.— cashback as a welcome gift.
The 500.— cashback will be deducted automatically from the first monthly invoice after activation of the product (no cash payment). If the invoice amount is less than the cashback, the difference will be carried over to the following month. Subscription fees are generally billed by invoice.
The minimum service period is 24 months; the activation fee is 99.90. Offer valid until 2 June 2024, not available with subscription change. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
If the contract does not come into being or is revoked by you and you have already received all or part of the invoice credit, the amount credited will be invoiced plus a lump sum of 200.—.
