Is your billing address wrong? You can simply and quickly amend your addresses or report a change of address in the Customer Centre. You will find this function in the Customer Centre under My company > Moving & Addresses
You can simply and quickly activate or deactivate detailed call breakdowns for your NATEL® and fixed-network numbers yourself in the Online Customer Centre. This takes effect from the next billing date. You will find this function in the Customer Centre under My Contracts > Manage > Service Options
