Change of address/moving

Tip:

Tip: In the Customer Centre you can notify us of your new address conveniently with all the necessary details - that way, nothing will be forgotten and no mistakes will creep into your new address.



Billing

Tip 1:

In the Customer Centre you can view your recent monthly bills, their payment status, current unbilled costs and detailed call breakdowns at any time.


Tip 2:

Is your billing address wrong? You can simply and quickly amend your addresses or report a change of address in the Customer Centre. You will find this function in the Customer Centre under My company > Moving & Addresses

 

Tip 3:

You can simply and quickly activate or deactivate detailed call breakdowns for your NATEL® and fixed-network numbers yourself in the Online Customer Centre. This takes effect from the next billing date. You will find this function in the Customer Centre under My Contracts > Manage > Service Options



Contract amendment

Tip 1:

 In the Customer Centre you can manage and change your contracts, among other things, yourself.


Tip 2:

Do you want a new NATEL or a different special offer for loyal customers? In the Customer Centre you can see whether and at what price you can benefit from a special offer for loyal customers.
