Phishing attacks and insecure access were a real risk, while the resources needed to operate complex security solutions were limited. In one specific case, a username and password were disclosed. Because the affected employee reported the incident immediately, Tulux was able to respond quickly: passwords had to be changed for all users and password strength requirements were adjusted.
