Optimisations for Direct Internet Access (DIA)
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and expand the Direct Internet Access product, we are pleased to present the latest process optimisations for the fourth quarter of 2025. These enhancements are designed to increase both efficiency and ease of use:
Saving price enquiries:
- From Q4/2025, you will have the option of saving your price queries for DIA services. This means that you can easily retrieve the price information at a later date and use it for orders.
Extension of the MEF3 API:
- We are integrating additional functions into the MEF3 API, specifically for the creation of price requests. This makes technical processing even more flexible and efficient.
Further information on the new possibilities with MEF3 API
OSI rescheduling via Wholesale Portal:
- Frequently, for various reasons, a rescheduling of the originally chosen On-Site Installation appointment is needed. Until now, these adjustments required significant manual effort. You can now select a new appointment directly via the Wholesale Portal, which will be automatically executed.
