Realignment of the Wholesale Customer Service organisation
The Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance and Infrastructure Business teams have been reorganised into two new teams: Wholesale Delivery and Wholesale Care. As a result of this, we can provide even more efficient customer services while fulfilling customer needs and moving forward with digitisation developments.
Our Delivery team is responsible for processing your orders, from start to finish, to ensure your wholesale services are up and running on time. We are also there to advise and assist you with relocations, expansions or extensions.
We are responsible end-to-end for all activities within the solution- and project-oriented fulfillment chain. This means you receive everything from us from a single source, from the initial installation of the cabling, to the expansion in access requirements and the provision of services.
The Care team deals with your concerns, should any problems arise. We are responsible for all activities within a highly automated and standardised fulfilment and assurance chain – be it during provision, commissioning or even during operation. And always the same point of contact, so you don't even have to think about who to turn to. Even though we are all facing new challenges due to the corona crisis, you can count on us, regardless of this extraordinary situation.
We are ready and will continue to ensure the operation of all products for you. In doing so, Swisscom Wholesale is of course complying with the directives of the FOPH. The majority of our employees are working from home and remain motivated when it comes to serving you.
