Results of the customer satisfaction survey

Some time has passed since the last customer satisfaction survey was completed. We would like to thank you once again for your participation. Your evaluations and, above all, your comments are very valuable, as they allow us to determine those areas in which we can improve further and where we can continue doing a good job.


Overview of the results:

  • Response rate 30% (previous year: 31%)
  • Participants 120 (previous year: 111)
  • Overall satisfaction level 8.3 (previous year: 8.2)
  • Recommendation rate 8.8 (previous year: 8.4)


The overall level of satisfaction and the recommendation rate have increased compared to the previous year. This is pleasing. However, there was also an increase in the level of dissatisfaction in individual areas. As a result of this, over the past few months we have conducted numerous exciting and informative discussions with customers, in order to better understand their needs. Potential for improvement was identified above all in the area of communication and further development of our customer portal.

 

We have already implemented various measures or are in the process of doing so. For example, in the future you will be able to track the progress of your orders directly in our Wholesale Portal.

 

We will of course continue to work hard, to ensure we can continue to inspire you in the future. After all, we are only satisfied when you are too!
