The prize draw for a Samsung Galaxy S10is open to anyone who submits their photo via direct message on the Twitter channel @Swisscom_Gaming or by e-mail to esports.sponsoring@swisscom.com from 20 April 2020 and before 23 April 2020, 6pm (18:00h).

All persons from the age of 14 who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to take part. The competition is not open to employees of Swisscom and its partner companies. 

The winner will be notified via direct message on Twitter or by e-mail and then published on @Swisscom_Gaming

No correspondence will be entered into. No cash payments will be made and the decision will be final.

By uploading their photo, the participant transfers full copyright to Swisscom free of charge and unlimited in terms of territory, time and subject matter. In particular, the participant agrees to the following use of the photo:

All submitted photos will be processed to create a digital collage. It will be broadcast on twitch.tv/eslswiss during the Grand Finals of the Swisscom Hero League on 2 May 2020 and streamed on other channels (Swisscom TV, Bluewin, Teleclub Zoom).

The participant confirms that he/she owns all the rights to the photo sent in. The participant expressly assures that the person(s) shown in it have been informed about the extent to which it will be used in accordance with the present participation conditions before uploading it and have expressly given their consent to this. 

The participant confirms that the uploaded photo does not violate the rights of third parties, in particular trademark, copyright and personal rights, in any way.

Swisscom reserves the right to check photos for compliance with the participation conditions and, if necessary, to reject or delete the photo without prior notice if there is a risk of violation of the participation conditions, or if the photo contains illegal or otherwise objectionable content.

Swisscom also reserves the right to delete photos that violate the following principles at any time. The following, in particular, are not tolerated:

  • Objectionable, obscene, pornographic, threatening, violent, discriminating, racist, insulting, pejorative, misleading, or illegal content, as well as content that violates the rights of third parties (including their copyrights and personal rights);
  • Content that contains direct or indirect advertising for third-party products;
  • Content to which the participant does not have the necessary rights. This is particularly the case with trademarks (e.g. the Swisscom logo).
