Everyone who lives together in the same household can take advantage of the inOne family benefit. All you need is Swisscom Internet and 1 to 5 inOne mobile subscriptions. You will receive a 20.– per month discount on the 1st Mobile subscription, with a further 30.– discount on subsequent subscriptions.
Qualifying for the inOne family benefit
1. Internet subscription
Put together your new, flexible inOne home subscription (Internet, TV and Telephony) for your home.
2. Mobile subscription
Take out an inOne mobile go (young) or an inOne mobile premium.
3. Take advantage of the inOne Family Benefit
If the inOne home and inOne mobile are in your name, you will enjoy the monthly 20.– discount. For each subsequent inOne mobile, you receive a further 30.– /mth. Discount
Do you already have Swisscom Internet at home? You benefit twice over: Get 1 year of inOne mobile go for only 49.90/month. After 12 months, you benefit from the inOne Family advantage and continue to save.If the Internet subscription is in your name, you will receive the benefit automatically.
If the Internet subscription is in the name of someone else, you can be invited into an inOne Family at the end of the promotion.

Details about the inOne mobile offer for Internet customers
As a Swisscom Internet subscriber, you can benefit from the following offers when taking out a new inOne mobile go, inOne mobile go young or inOne mobile premium subscription:
- inOne mobile go: just 49.90/mth for 12 months and 80.–/mth thereafter
- inOne mobile go young (under 30): just 40.–/mth for 12 months and 70.–/mth thereafter
- inOne mobile premium: just 169.90/mth for 12 months and 200.–/mth thereafter
Terms and conditions
- Minimum contract period: 24 months.
- Only available to Swisscom Internet subscribers
- Can be combined with device discount offers up to and including CHF 400.–.
- Cannot be combined with other subscription promotions or with the inOne family benefit for the first 12 months.
- Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions.
What happens at the end of the first 12 months?
- 1st Mobile subscription in household: with inOne family benefit, you remain entitled to a 20.–/mth discount on your Mobile subscription. inOne mobile go will therefore cost 60.–/mth.
- 2nd to 5th Mobile subscription in household: add the Mobile subscription to inOne family and enjoy a 30.–/mth discount on the Mobile subscription. inOne mobile go will therefore cost 50.–/mth.

What do you have to do to qualify for the inOne family benefit?
You can take advantage of the inOne family benefit when you combine an inOne home (Internet as a minimum, excl. inOne home light) with an inOne mobile go (young) or an inOne mobile premium. You can also add 4 additional Mobile subscriptions belonging to other people who live in the same household as you to your inOne Family. Each of these Mobile subscriptions then benefits from a discount of 30.– per month.
The following Mobile subscriptions do not qualify:

I currently have the inOne benefit and would now like to take advantage of the inOne family benefit. What do I need to do?
If you wish to take advantage of the new inOne family benefit, you need to extend your Mobile subscriptions. You can do this by purchasing a smartphone that is discounted or on an instalment payment plan.
The previous inOne benefit will remain in place if the subscription is not extended. Each extended subscription is eligible for the new inOne family benefit.
How is the inOne Family managed?
The person named on the Swisscom Internet contract adds everyone in the household with an inOne mobile go (young) or premium in My Swisscom.
Can I choose which discount is received by each phone number?
Not directly. The first phone number the subscription owner adds to the inOne Family will receive a discount of 20.– /mth. The 2nd to 5th phone numbers receive a discount of 30.– /mth.
How long does the inOne family benefit last?
The inOne family benefit is an open-ended offer. You can continue to enjoy the inOne family benefit as long as you are part of the inOne Family and have an inOne mobile go (young) or an inOne mobile premium. If you are added to inOne Family by another person, the inOne family benefit is not part of your contract. The inOne family benefit is therefore not guaranteed (not even during the minimum contract period) and a discontinuation or reduction does not result in a special right of termination

If you have a different subscription, you first need to switch to one of the subscriptions listed above. In addition, the Internet subscription must be in your name or you will need to ask the person whose name it is in to add you to the inOne Family. If all the criteria are met, you will benefit automatically from the inOne family benefit.
I have a Swisscom Mobile subscription. How can I get the inOne family benefit?
Alongside an inOne mobile go (young) or inOne mobile premium, you also need an inOne home (Internet as a minimum, excl. inOne home light) from Swisscom. Once you have ordered this, you will qualify automatically from the inOne family benefit. Does someone in your household already have a Swisscom Internet subscription in their name? Simply ask that person to include you in the inOne Family in My Swisscom.
I have a Swisscom Internet subscription. How can I get the inOne family benefit?
Alongside inOne home (Internet as a minimum, excl. inOne home light), you also need an inOne mobile go (young) or inOne mobile premium. Once you have ordered this, you will benefit automatically from the inOne family benefit. If you still have the Vivo subscription, please switch to inOne home.

Yes, with inOne mobile go young, you receive a 10.– discount on your monthly Swisscom bill and can also take advantage of the inOne family benefit of 20.– or 30.– /mth.
I have a prepaid package. Can I still be included in the inOne Family?
Yes, in addition to 5 inOne Mobile subscriptions, a total of 5 inOne mobile prepaids can also be included in the inOne Family.
