We would like to continue to support our customers by providing the following offers, helping to make life a little easier despite these challenging times:

  • The best movies until the end of April on Teleclub MovieAll Swisscom TV customers will receive the best Teleclub Movie Channels free of charge until the end of April, in order to provide some distraction even in serious times. You will find the offers directly on your Swisscom TV.

    Additional data volume for prepaid productsIn April, we will give our Prepaid customers with data packages (500 MB and 1.5 GB) double the domestic data volume at no extra cost. You don’t have to do anything; the data volume will be doubled automatically.

    Additional data volume for mobile subscriptions without a flat rateAs of now our customers with a mobile subscription without a data flat rate will receive a gift of the fees for the additional data use within Switzerland. The costs are automatically credited as invoice credit.

    From April:
    Customers with a NATEL entry basic or NATEL® company basic, entry plus or company plus, KMU mini and NATEL® business pro will be waived charges for additional data use in Switzerland; all other customers with a data limit will receive increased data volume. You will be informed by SMS and do not have to do anything; the connection is automatic .

  • Roaming credit for stranded customers From 14.03.–30.04.2020, roaming costs for all customers who are currently stranded abroad will be waived for calls, SMS/MMS and data usage up to CHF 200.–. The credit will be shown directly on the invoice and will be credited automatically without you having to do a thing.

    Service for customers whose house move is delayedInformation for customers who have already notified us of a planned house move that is delayed at short notice. Your services (Internet, TV, Telephony) will continue at your current address and will only be activated at your new address when you set up your router.

    Any customers who have not yet notified us of an upcoming house move should please do so in the Customer Center as soon as possible .

    Free support for the elderlyUntil the end of April, we will be helping senior citizens in particular and other less digitally savvy customers to stay in contact with the outside world and take advantage of digital technology to better organise their lives. We will, for example, provide telephone-based assistance with the installation and use of WhatsApp, Facetime, Skype etc. and support for computer problems.
