Only especially loyal customers of Swisscom who can demonstrate a certain minimum sales volume on Swisscom products are eligible for the Priorité benefits.

The required minimum sales volume differs depending on how long you have been with Swisscom:

  • 1 to 5 years with Swisscom: 430.–/mo. 
  • 6 to 10 years with Swisscom: 380.–/mo. 
  • 11+ years with Swisscom: 330.–/mo.

Essentially, the amount you pay for your subscriptions and associated costs on your Swisscom bill serves as the guide.

The following products/costs count:

  • Subscriptions, options and additional services 
  • Data packages and connections 
  • Other services and charges 
  • sure insurance policies 
  • Credits and discounts (reduce the revenue)

The following do not count:

  • Calls to business and special rate numbers 
  • Administrative or one-off charges such as activation costs 
  • All purchases such as device payments in instalments, Swisscom Pay, online purchases, Swisscom Shop and Customer Care purchases or SMS/MMS value-added services

The qualifying period in each case runs from 1 January to 31 December. Calculations are based on the previous calendar year.
