Priorité programme - Admission criteria

Those customers who remain loyal to Swisscom for a particularly long time and reach a certain minimum turnover are included in the Priorité programme. We take into account the following products and services for the evaluation:

  • Basic subscription fees for fixed-network and mobile telephony, Internet, TV and bundled offerings*
  • Billed calls, SMS/MMS and data connections in Switzerland and abroad**
  • Entertainment content on Swisscom blue TV (channel packages, Video on Demand, Pay per View)
  • Internet Security, Cyber Identity Security, Security Package, Homepage Tool, Hosted Exchange, Hosting, Service Packs, Business Internet, My Service features
  • Swisscom information service 1811

* Discounts granted are not considered/included in the minimum spending.
** Value-added services and special numbers from third-party providers are excluded.

  • An e-mail address stored in your My Swisscom profile.
  • You will be excluded from taking part in the programme if you repeatedly pay late.
  • The evaluation for the Priorité programme takes place once a year.
  • We reserve the right to change the criteria/offers at any time.
  • By joining the premium programme, you agree to receiving all information and offers concerning Priorité. If you would prefer not to receive them, you can opt out of the Priorité programme via the hotline 0800 88 11 12.
  • 1 to 5 years with Swisscom: 430/month
  • 6 to 10 years with Swisscom: 380/month
  • 11 years and longer with Swisscom: 330/month

*The spend period runs from 1 January to 31 December each year. The calculation is based on the previous calendar year. The following minimum spend applies including VAT.
