We will show you how to pay your Swisscom bill conveniently online, with LSV/Debit Direct or eBill and how to apply for an extension or installment payment.

Our recommendation: eBill
As soon as a new Swisscom bill is available, you can pay it as usual via your e-banking.
It's even easier using the "Pay with banking app" function in the My Swisscom App. To do this, select your banking app and check whether your bank supports this function.
The account details are on your bill. You can also find them in My Swisscom(opens in new tab) at any time.
With the Postfinance direct debit procedure (Direct Debit), you give Postfinance permission to always pay Swisscom bills automatically. Once set up, you don't have to do anything else.
With the direct debit procedure Bank, you give your bank permission to always pay Swisscom bills automatically.
Important note:
The Swiss financial center will discontinue the direct debit procedure bank (LSV) on September 30, 2028. You can find more information about this here(opens in new tab). Some billers are therefore already no longer offering LSV. Swisscom will probably only accept new LSV registrations until the end of 2026.
