Send a free SMS (incurs a charge from abroad) with the corresponding keyword. You will receive an immediate response with your costs for subscriptions and connections for the current month.

With the weekly and monthly subscription service, you will receive the SMS on the same day and at about the same time that you registered for the service.

The costs for the current month include the subscription fees, call charges and charges for any additional services used.

Mobile data exchange

You can keep a constant check on the costs of your mobile data exchange by checking your remaining credit at any time.

Send a (free) SMS with the word “STATUS” to 444.

Avoiding high expenditure

Set up blocking sets in the Customer Center and block chargeable value added services (0900, 0901 or 0906).
