Activating a blocked telephone connection

Extend payment deadlines or unblock a connection

You can extend the payment deadline for a bill in the Customer Center with a few simple clicks. Blocked connections are also easy to deal with: by providing a promise to pay online, you can unblock the respective connection simply and quickly.




Extend the payment deadline of a bill

In the Customer Center you can extend the payment deadline for bills that are already overdue or for which you have already received a reminder. The payment deadline can only be extended once for each bill.




Unblock a blocked connection

A blocked connection can be unblocked in the Customer Center with a few simple clicks.

After unblocking a connection, it can take up to two hours before the connection works correctly again. This is based on system load and cannot be speeded up. If your smartphone does not work correctly after it has been unblocked, switch it off for a moment and then back on, so that it can log back into the network.
