Should an ordered item fail to meet your requirements, you can send it back within 14 days free of charge. Place the item in the original packaging and print the return slip in the Customer Center.
If you receive a faulty item, please return the product you ordered as soon as possible using the return slip from the Customer Center.
If you no longer need your Internet-Box, you are welcome to return it to Swisscom. Depending on the model and condition of the Internet-Box, it will either be refurbished for another customer as a replacement device or properly disposed of. We will of course delete all of your customer data. Your Internet-Box can be returned via one of over 800 Päckli Punkt locations, by post or by using the pick@home service.
If you have a second-generation Swisscom TV-Box (HD), it is not your property. If you no longer need it, you must return it to Swisscom. Your TV-Box can be returned via one of over 800 Päckli Punkt locations, by post or by using the pick@home service. If you have purchased a latest-generation Swisscom TV-Box (UHD), it belongs to you. If you no longer require it, you can return it if you prefer. Swisscom can refurbish the TV Box and give it to another customer as a replacement device. If you no longer require a first-generation Swisscom TV-Box you can also choose whether you want to keep it or return it to Swisscom.
Items that you have ordered or devices you no longer need can be returned free of charge at one of over 800 Päckli Punkt locations in Switzerland, allowing you to take advantage of extended opening hours. You can return your package in the evening, at the weekend or on public holidays at selected locations.
To return an ordered item: Download the return slip from the Customer Center. Cut out the return label, stick it to the package and enclose the return slip with the package. You do not need to use a return slip if you no longer require an older device. Then take the package to one of the following Päckli Punkt locations in your area:

Would you like us to collect your returns from your home or another address, such as the office? Then use the pick@home service, which is provided to you free of charge by Swiss Post.
Click the following consignment number corresponding to your return slip (you will find this in the Customer Center) and register your collection request with pick@home.
