• When you have completed and printed the direct debit registration form, send the signed copy to your bank. Your bank will then implement the process to pay your Swisscom bill automatically via direct debit in future.
  • Processing your requests generally takes 3-4 weeks.
  • As soon as we have received the form from your bank, we will confirm the activation by SMS or e-mail.
  • In future, you will see a note on your invoices like the one on the right, as of when the debit to your account takes place.
  • Please pay any Swisscom invoices you have already received or which do not include this note as usual.
