In the My Swisscom Customer Center, you will find the return slip with the label for returning an order. Print out the document – then stick the label to the package and place the return slip inside.
If an ordered item is faulty or fails to meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days free of charge. Place the item in the original packaging, print the return slip in the My Swisscom Customer Center and include it with the package.
If you have used Buyback to put the value of your old mobile towards the purchase of a new smartphone, you will find a return slip in the My Swisscom Customer Center entitled Swisscom Buyback – Info.pdf. Please print out the document with the label and return to us together with your old mobile.
Still have an old Internet-Box that you no longer use? Send it back to Swisscom free of charge instead of disposing of it yourself (return options). Depending on the model and condition of the Internet-Box, it will either be refurbished as a replacement device for another customer or properly disposed of. We will of course delete all of your customer data.
If you have purchased a TV-Box (UHD), it belongs to you. However, if you no longer require it, you may return it to Swisscom. Swisscom can refurbish the TV-Box and give it to another customer as a replacement device.
You may hold onto your first-generation Swisscom TV-Box or return it to Swisscom if you prefer.
Items that you have ordered or devices you no longer use can be returned free of charge at one of over 800 Päckli Punkt locations in Switzerland. The advantage of these drop-off points is their longer opening hours.

How it works:
If Swisscom is replacing your device or requests that you return a device, there is a “Take me back” return sticker with the package/letter.
Package the defective device for return (no original packaging necessary) and include the return sticker (follow the instructions on the sticker). Your postman will take the package free of charge with the next delivery.
Yes, you can dispose of your old devices yourself in special waste collections. However, in the interests of sustainability, we recommend that you return devices to Swisscom for refurbishment or appropriate disposal.
Please note: The TV-Box (HD) belongs to Swisscom. We therefore request that you return it to Swisscom if you are no longer using it.
No, postage is free when returning items to Swisscom.
Only for returns within 14 days of purchase; these items should be placed in their original packaging and sent to Swisscom with the return slip.
If you are returning older devices to Swisscom for recycling purposes, these can be placed in a normal box or in a plastic or paper bag and handed in at a Päckli Punkt. Mention that would like to send the package to Swisscom when you hand it in. No specific address is necessary.
