Have you used Swisscom Buyback to put the value of your old mobile towards the purchase of a new smartphone? Post your old device to Swisscom for free. You will find the return label entitled ‘Swisscom Buyback – Info.pdf’ in the My Swisscom Customer Center.
Still have an old Internet-Box that you no longer use? Send it back to Swisscom free of charge instead of disposing of it yourself. Depending on the model and condition of the Internet-Box, it will either be refurbished as a replacement device for another customer or properly disposed of. We will of course delete all of your customer data.
If you have purchased a Swisscom TV-Box (UHD), it belongs to you. However, if you no longer require it, you may return it to Swisscom. Swisscom can refurbish the TV-Box and give it to another customer as a replacement device.
You may hold onto your first-generation Swisscom TV-Box or return it to Swisscom if you prefer.

Items that you have ordered or devices you no longer use can be returned free of charge at one of over 800 Päckli Punkt locations in Switzerland, allowing you to take advantage of extended opening hours. You can also return your package in the evening or at the weekend or on public holidays at selected locations.

Would you like us to collect your returns from your home or another address, such as the office? Then use the postal service’s pick@home service, which is provided to you free of charge.
How it works:
If Swisscom is replacing your device or requests that you return a device, there is a “Take me back” return sticker with the package/letter.
Package the defective device for return (no original packaging necessary) and include the return sticker (follow the instructions on the sticker). Your postman will take the package free of charge with the next delivery.
