Returning a Buyback mobile

Return Internet and TV-Boxes

Internet-Box

Still have an old Internet-Box that you no longer use? Send it back to Swisscom free of charge instead of disposing of it yourself. Depending on the model and condition of the Internet-Box, it will either be refurbished as a replacement device for another customer or properly disposed of. We will of course delete all of your customer data.

Swisscom TV-Box

If you have a second-generation Swisscom TV-Box (HD), it is not your property. If it is no longer required, it must be returned to Swisscom. Read the return options for more details.

If you have purchased a Swisscom TV-Box (UHD), it belongs to you. However, if you no longer require it, you may return it to Swisscom. Swisscom can refurbish the TV-Box and give it to another customer as a replacement device.

You may hold onto your first-generation Swisscom TV-Box or return it to Swisscom if you prefer.

Return Internet-Booster

If you are not using your Internet-Booster or no longer require it, please return it to Swisscom. This will give someone else the chance to enjoy faster Internet at home.
