Saving e-mails locally
How to save individual Webmail e-mails on your device.
- Log in to Webmail(opens in new tab).
- Open the message you want to save locally.
- Click on the cogwheel icon “More actions”.
- Select “Save message locally”.
- Open the downloaded file in an e-mail program (such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail).
Setting up e-mail on the device
Set up Bluewin e-mail on your phone or computer. This also lets you check and send your Bluewin e-mails on your device at any time.
Backup up your e-mail program or your computer regularly to keep your data safe. The way you do this depends on your operating system and e-mail program.
Exporting contacts
How to save your Webmail address book on your device.
- Log in to Webmail(opens in new tab).
- Select the “Contacts” tab.
- Click on the cogwheel icon “More actions”.
- Select “Export contacts”.
- Open the downloaded file. This lists all your contacts.
