With the Outlook plugin, you can synchronise contacts from your local Outlook folder with the main phone book. You will then find all of your contacts in Outlook as well as on your phones.
The Business Telephony mobile app does not support contact synchronisation of the main phone book because the LDAP interface for contact lookup is not supported. Your alternative
Before you start the installation, check that the following requirements are met:
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
The Outlook plugin works with Outlook 2013 and above.
Go to the Outlook plugin, click Download and follow the instructions of your Internet browser. Close Outlook before starting the installation.
Once you have completed the installation, follow the instructions below.
Following successful installation, you will see a new card "CalDav Synchronizer":
1. Select General Options
2. Select UI Settings.
1. Choose "Synchronization Profiles"
2. Click "+" to create a new profile.
3. Select Swisscom and click OK.
4. Set up the Swisscom profile
6. Accept the T&Cs and click "Authorise"
Note: The first time you run ‘Synchronize now’ should be using an empty local Outlook folder. Otherwise, entries in your existing address book will be duplicated as a result of the synchronisation.
Swisscom recommends that the local Outlook folder be administered by just one authorised person.
