Keeping your Bluewin e-mail address following cancellation

On this page:
Want to cancel your Swisscom subscription and keep your Bluewin e-mail address? Here’s how to keep using your e-mail address following cancellation.

What changes when you cancel?

A Swisscom Internet subscription includes 5 free Bluewin e-mail addresses. You can create and manage these in My Swisscom.

If you cancel your subscription, you are only entitled to 1 free Bluewin e-mail address for each Swisscom Login. To keep the other addresses, you will need to purchase an e-mail package or assign the addresses to separate Swisscom Logins.

Transferring e-mail addresses

Before the end of the cancellation period

To transfer your e-mail address(es) to a new Swisscom Login before the cancellation period has expired:

  1. Log into My Swisscom(opens in new tab) using your Swisscom Login.
  2. Click on the tile “Transfer e-mail address”.
  3. Then click on the blue pointer to the right of the e-mail address and follow the next steps. This shows you how to set up a new Swisscom Login for this address.

After the cancellation period has expired

Have your e-mail addresses been deleted after you cancelled your subscription? You can reactivate addresses within 90 days of deletion:

  1. Log into My Swisscom(opens in new tab) using your Swisscom Login.
  2. Click on the tile “Restore e-mail address”. This tile is only visible if you deleted at least one address in the past 90 days.
  3. Select the address you want to reactivate. The address is then recovered. Follow the instructions in the section “Before the end of the cancellation period”.

You can contact us if you need help. We will restore your e-mail addresses and transfer them to a separate account.
