To continue using your Bluewin addresses after you have cancelled your subscription, proceed as follows before the cancellation date:

Is it past the cancellation date and your subscription has already been terminated?

  • Recover deactivated addresses in My Swisscom
  • Transfer addresses individually to a new Swisscom Login
  • Manage addresses separately or upgrade to a Classic service package
