iTunes Codes are ideal for anyone who likes music, films, games, Apps, books, and more.
They are available in different amounts and may be redeemed with a few clicks from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store and Mac App Store. You can then enjoy the content on your Mac / PC, iPad, iPhone, iPod, and Apple TV.

How can I redeem an iTunes Code?

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the iTunes Store.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom and click or tap “Redeem”.
  3. Enter the 16 digit Code available in the iTunes Code delivery email from Swisscom or in your Purchase History.


I’ve lost my Code. Where can I get a new Code?

First check your junk mail folder and deleted e-mails.

If you still can’t find the Code, call our hotline on 0800 870 970 (Mo-Fr from 09:00 – 20:00). To receive a new Code, we need your order number, which you will find in your purchase history. We will then send you the new Code by e-mail.


I can’t redeem the Code. 

For problems redeeming your iTunes Code, please contact Apple Support. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase for the Code. A screenshot from the purchase history in your account should be sufficient.


Can I get my money back if I no longer need the Code?

No. There are no refunds for purchased Codes.  


After purchase, how long will it take for me to receive the Code?

You may have to wait up to 5 minutes after purchasing before you can redeem your iTunes Code. In some cases it may take up to 1 hour to deliver a Code.

To purchase an app in the Google Play™ Store and pay for it with your Swisscom bill

You can use your mobile phone in many more ways by installing apps from Google Play. Please note that you need to set up Internet access on your phone and activate a Google account on your phone.

If you have already bought apps on your credit card in the Google Play™ Store, you can easily make your next purchase through your Swisscom bill. All you have to do is click on the arrow next to the price in order to choose an alternative payment method.

1. To find the Play Store on the menu

  • Click on Menu.
  • Click on Play Store.

2. To find an app


To search in a category:

  • Click on CATEGORIES
  • Go to the desired category.

To search for an app by name:

  • Click on the search icon.
  • Enter the name of the desired app and click on the search icon.

3. To install your app


Click on the chosen app.

If it is a free app:

  • Click INSTALL.
  • Click ACCEPT.

If it is a paid app:

  • Click on the price.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to install the app
  • Confirm the access permissions.

4. To pay for the app with your mobile phone bill

  • Click on the arrow next to the price
  • Click Payment Options
  • Choose "Swisscom mobile phone bill"
  • Confirm with "Accept"
  • From now on  your telephone bill will be your standard means of paying for your app purchases.

NATEL® Pay in the Sony PlayStation Store

You can get exciting new games for PS3, PS4, and PlayStation Vita in the PlayStation Store and pay for them with NATEL® Pay. Here we explain how to set up payments via NATEL® Pay in your browser for your PlayStation account.

1. Go to the website in your browser. Choose your language

2. Click on "Sign in" at the top right of the screen. If you do not yet have a Sony PlayStation network account, you now need to click on "Set up account".

3.Now enter the username and the password for the Sony PlayStation Network and click "Sign in".

4. When you have successfully signed in, you can click on the username displayed at the top right of the screen. This will open a menu in which you need to click "Add credit".

5. You need to enter the password for your Sony PlayStation Network account again.

6. You will now be in the account management for your Sony PlayStation Network account. Click "Use mobile phone".

7.Choose an amount that you wish to upload, and click "Proceed".

8. Enter your NATEL number and click "Proceed".

9. You will now receive an SMS from BOKU containing a 4 digit PIN. Enter the PIN in the box provided on the browser and click "Confirm".

10. Following a successful purchase, you will receive confirmation by SMS as well as email, and will be redirected to a confirmation page in the browser. Click "Proceed".

11.You will now find yourself back in the Sony PlayStation Store, where you can start shopping. Your current credit is shown at the top right.

12.Now select a game that you would like to buy, and click on "In the shopping basket".

13. Click on the shopping trolley icon at the top right of the screen in order to go to the shopping basket.

14. Check the articles in your shopping basket and click on "Proceed to checkout".

15.Now click on "Orders and payments" in order to complete the purchase.

16. The purchase is now completed, and you can enjoy the newly acquired product on your PS3, PS4, or PSP. 

To purchase apps, games, or music in the Windows Phone Store and charge them to your mobile phone bill.

You can use your mobile phone in many more ways by installing apps from App World. Please note that you first need to set up Internet access on your phone, and activate a Windows Live account on your phone.


If you have already purchased apps by credit card in the Windows Phone Store, you can easily pay for your next purchase on your Swisscom mobile phone bill. Simply click on "add or change payment method" when purchas

  • Click on Store.

If SWISSCOM BILL does not appear

  • Click on Add or change payment method
  • Click on SWISSCOM BILL
