Paying with your mobile phone bill doesn't work?

This may be why:

  • Paying with your phone bill is switched off. Change your settings in the Customer Center.
  • Your monthly limit for purchases you can charge to your phone bill was reached
  • Paying with your phone bill has been blocked for your number (e.g. due to outstanding bills)
  • The product you want to buy has an age restriction (e.g. content for users over 18)
