Have you made an appointment with one of our service engineers? This appointment is binding. Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you wish to change or cancel the appointment. By doing so, you save unnecessary travel on the part of our service engineer and payment of our CHF 80.- service fee.
If you are unable to attend the appointment please call us at least 4h earlier on 0800 800 800. This will prevent our service engineer coming to you unnecessarily and us billing you CHF 80.– for the journey.
If the cause of the fault is on the Swisscom network and thus outside your home, we will bear the costs of rectifying the fault.
If the cause is in your home, our service engineer will be happy to sort it out for you. You will be charged for this service. The service engineer will only be able to tell you the exact cause and costs after inspection in your home.
